Hi, I’m Lacey Jones, and I’m SO happy you’re here. I'm a writer, a mother to five boys, a woman of faith, and a professional guide to women like you. As a life coach, I’ve seen too many amazing women burdened by negativity and overwhelm. Sometimes, the demands of life put us into survival mode. But we’re meant to do more than survive — we’re meant to create and thrive! That’s why I created The Confident Mom Circle. It's a one-of-a-kind place for moms to practice true self-care. Through education, group coaching, and practice, you can be the mom you want to be AND create a life you love.

Once a month, Confident Moms from all over get together on a group coaching video call with Lacey.

What is the CTFAR model?
The CTFAR model is a framework for personal growth. It stands for Circumstances, Thoughts, Feelings, Actions, and Results. This model helps you understand how your thoughts impact your feelings and actions. These, in turn, impact the results you create in life. The CTFAR model empowers us to be more intentional about how we show up for our children, families, and communities.
