Feel the Emotion
K. So I love love love my clients and the questions they bring me. Often times we try to suppress emotions by telling ourselves we shouldn’t be feeling them and it’s not ok to feel certain emotions. But what if it is??
What if it’s 100% ok to feel that emotion that you don’t want to feel?? How does the energy in your body change when you give yourself permission to feel what you are feeling?
