Ok to Not be Ok

Often times when we want to be ‘ok’ with something we work really hard towards accepting that thing or person or idea. But before acceptance can happen we’ve gotta push pause and admit we are NOT ok with that thing or person or idea. It’s important to ask ourselves what we are making it mean by not being ok. And we gotta ditch the judgements we heap on ourselves about not being ok. Without judgement interfering in the process we can truly analyze our thought process from a place of genuine curiosity.
